The Historic Eagle House offers a broad range of meeting and special event spaces for retreats, conferences, executive board meetings, wedding celebrations, wine tasting, lectures, fundraisers and other community functions. From our Grand Ballroom and Parlor Lounge to our Yoga and Conference rooms, we have what you need. 

 
THE THEATER
BALLROOM

2700 square foot floor with a 2000 square foot wrap-around balcony. Accommodates 400 or 200 seated at tables.

 

The spectacular Theater Ballroom is the epicenter of the Eagle House. The beautiful wooden dance floor and stage and the stained glass ceiling create a gathering space that’s perfect for events of all types. The second story wrap-around balcony overlooks the ballroom, providing an excellent view of the stage from many angles. The Ballroom offers plenty of space for kicking up your heels to the band and celebrating with your loved ones. Book our Ballroom for Weddings, Theatrical Performances, Live Bands, large Holiday and community Events.

PHATSY KLINE'S 
PARLOR LOUNGE

Book your Bridal Shower, Bachelorette, Birthday or Holiday Party in our Parlor Lounge and Library Bar for a special and unique space for celebration.

Open Mon-Sat. 4pm-11pm

& Sundays 11am-9pm

Happy hour daily from 4-6pm

YOGA ROOM / 

RETREAT SPACE

Whether you are hosting a weekly class or a weekend retreat, this beautiful space offers what you need for relaxation and inspired creativity. Bay views with gas fireplace overlooking 1st and C streets and the Madeket Plaza.

CONFERENCE

ROOMS

Our business space and conference rooms are built with everything you need for a successful meeting including, Work Tables, Projector and Screen, Dry Erase Boards, Flip boards, and Easel, and Fresh Water.
