Grilled Shrimp Seaweed Salad - Local seaweed prepared 3 ways: pickled, fried, & fresh. Tossed with sesame dressing, avocado, wonton and rice paper crisps, microgreens, & grilled shrimp

 

Tavern Wedge Salad - Iceberg lettuce, tomato, microgreens, blue cheese crumbles, & pancetta crisps.  Choice: Ranch |  Blue cheese 

 

Thai Mango & Noodle Salad - Glass noodles, mango, cilantro, microgreens, shredded lettuce, rice crisps, fried tofu, & crushed peanuts in a lime & jalapeño dressing ❧ 

 

Spring Seafood Plate - 5 Herb-grilled shrimp, 3 raw oysters, 3 Thai scallop crisps. Local seaweed salad, lemon, and cocktail sauce

Sweet Potato Noodles - “Japchae” style with local seaweed, mushrooms, vegetables, house-made kimchi ❧- 

Pasta Siciliana - Italian sausage, mushrooms, & spinach, tossed in tomato cream with white wine & chili flake. Served over house-made cavatelli pasta

Seared Scallops - With pea puree, pomme puree, local vegetables, and pancetta brown butter

Frenched Chicken Breast - Crispy skin chicken breast with a cured lemon picatta sauce. Served with homemade capellini pasta & seasonal vegetables 

Thai Duck Confit - With curried Calrose rice, seasonal vegetables, &  caramelized fish sauce

Pork Belly “Al Pastor” - Crispy braised pork belly, crispy polenta, pickled pineapple salsa, cilantro salad, & seasonal vegetables

Ferndale Lamb Skewers - Shashlik skewers with Khmeli Suneli spice. With smashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, house pickles, lemon, & demi-glace
